Registration Information

REGULAR REGISTRATION IS FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 2008 THROUGH JUNE 20th, 2009.

Early registration: Registrations made on, or prior to June 20th, 2009 will be $500 (full), $300 (students). 

Regular Registration: Registrations made on, or after June 20th, 2009 will be $625 (full), $300 (no penalty for students). 

Student registrations require evidence of current enrollment in an educational institution.

Registration includes:

  • Entry to all oral and poster sessions.
  • Entry to Opening Reception
  • Lunch on August 27, 28, 29, 30
  • Free publication of any accepted paper including poster and full articles in the Proceedings of the International Plant Nutrition Colloquium
  • Colloquium Program and Open on-line access to all proceedings
  • Conference bag and/or associated souvenir items.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for refund of Colloquium registration fees and Colloquium Banquet only, must be made by email to IPNCOrganization@ucdavis.edu and will be processed under the following schedule.

Refund requests received:

on or before

June 1, 2009 = Full refund (less a $25 processing fee)

  June 2, 2009 through August 1st, 2009 = 50% refund
on or after

August 2nd , 2009 = No refund

Cancellation of hotels, tours and other activities must be requested directly with the organization with whom the booking was made. IPNC will not intervene in these matters.

Transfer of Registration Policy

Requests for transfer of registration to a third party can be made by emailing directly to the conference organizers at IPNCOrganization@ucdavis.edu. A surcharge of $50 will be applied for this service.

Note:  This transfer affects registration only. Any changes with hotel or tours must be made directly to the hotel or tour operator.
